Or... maybe you have tried to
hire a spa before but you were disappointed when the spa hire
company couldn't get the spa through to your back yard. We need a
standard door width and height to get the spa into your back yard.
In many cases when the spa can't go around the house... we simply
roll the spa right through your house into the back yard. It would
be a rare occasion that we turn up and can't get the spa into a
suitable, secure area.

*For anything more
than a weekly hire, a spa maintenance program is given also
included in the price. Meaning when you hire the spa you have the
spa maintained by a 1300SpaHire representative on a fortnightly
basis. Chemicals and maintenance are included free at your house.

What happens should you wish
to hire a spa?
Glad you asked, here is the
procedure:

Step 1 |
You give us a call on
1300spahire, we take down a few details and send you the white
(Original) copy of our hire agreement. |
| Step 2 |
You check that the white
copy is correct and sign the paperwork after reading the
Terms &
Conditions on the back. |

Step 3 |
Send the white paperwork
back to us in the mail.
(We will process your credit card once we receive the
paperwork. No photo copies or faxes. Original copies only
please.) |

Step 4 |
The pink copy will arrive
to your letter box within 2 days and you will be confirmed. (We will call and get your credit card details
when the white copy arrives back to us) |

Step 5 |
Get ready for a relaxing
experience. You have paid for the spa, you have your dates
confirmed, let the experience begin. |
Note: We are booked solid
almost a year in advance for public holidays such as Christmas,
New year, Australia Day, and the Easter long weekend. Get in
quickly if you would like to hire a spa for these dates.
Note 2: The manufacturer
recommends the Resort Softub is for up to 6 people. This will depend on what
we like to call, your "Intimacy Level" ;-)
SAFETY
All Softub Spas come with
lockable lids. This keeps the kids out, neighbours out... and
drunk mates. You get "peace of mind" knowing you have locked up
the spa, and no one can get in without the code. If a child sees you enter
the code, and you are concerned, simple ring
1300SpaHire and we will tell you over the phone how to change the
code.
Electrical safety is paramount when water is involved. At
1300SpaHire we take this very seriously. All our spas have an
inline RCD (Residual Current Device) for the protection of you and
your loved ones. Furthermore, in accordance with Australian
Standards AS:3760 all our spas are tested and tagged by Western
Australia's leading test and tag company

If
your considering hiring a spa from anywhere, for your families
sake, insist on the hired spa having it's own RCD, (Don't rely
on your home RCD alone) and like all electrical hire equipment, it
must be certified safe by a electrical tagging company every three
months. That's the law. Your safety is important to us. |
